Not sure why the prices are so different (about 15% more via app) between the app and in person for pick up. Also, it took 45 minutes for a half order plus fries.
I was able to get the store price but why did my order get pushed to the back of the line? I thought my order was in progress while the cashier was trying to figure out the app pricing, but it took 30 minutes after my order to get put in line. I hope the app issue gets resolved soon but will avoid in the meantime since the prices are higher. I know they were busy but a little communication goes a long way. Thanks for reading.
